1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or negligence

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or labels

  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned on product page)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at zevorah.pk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

  • Share your order number, issue details, and clear pictures/videos of the product

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Product availability is subject to stock.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be covered by Zevorah only if the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).

  • In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Refund Timeframe

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
